Your natural flow of energy always moves towards perfect health and well being. How you cope with challenges in your life determines whether you remain in the flow. For instance, if you find it difficult to release and let go, you hold onto unresolved energy. This in turn creates energy blocks and depletes your vitality.

Complementary therapies are used by people for a variety of reasons. Some use them alongside conventional medical care, to help them manage or cope with a specific physical, mental or emotional problem. Others use them as means of relaxation, or to help maintain good health and a sense of general well-being.

Hello and welcome

We believe that human potential is limitless. Our aim is to help you to create the changes that you desire through energy healing, channeled guidance and intuitive readings.

We offer a bespoke service and begin with a detailed consultation. This enables us to plan the most effective treatment for you. Each of you is unique and your treatment prescription will reflect that. You can also be confident that your treatment will be of a high standard and that you will never be rushed.

We work intuitively using different techniques appropriate for each individual and may include crystals, colour, angels, sound, Reiki and various energy modalities within a treatment. Typically your treatment will last between 60 and 90 minutes.

Reiki Training

We teach Reiki to all levels. Anyone can learn how to use this simple, effective healing technique. It can help you whatever your walk of life and enables you to tap into and channel the energy for yourself giving you healing hands to use on yourself and others at any time. Our workshops are relaxed but informative with a practical bias and the techniques are very easy to learn. Most trainings are held with just two participants, allowing for personal attention, hands on practice and deep connections. We are also happy to accept small groups of up to 4 for those who prefer learning in a slightly larger yet still personal setting. Above all it is important to us that you receive individual attention and support throughout your training.

Holistic Therapy treatments available are Energy healing, Reiki, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy.

We work from a tranquil treatment room in our home in Darlington, County Durham, and are within easy reach of surrounding areas with the A1M and A66 within 5 minutes drive.

Distance is no object as we also offer Reiki, Energy Healing treatments  and Energy Attunements remotely, allowing you to receive these in the comfort of your own home.
